From Galle, Kurudugahahathakma Highway Interchange the distance to Elpitiya Town is approximately 4.5 KM, you can further proceed to Uragasmanhandiya Town. From both Kosgoda and Ahungalla Towns, you can reach the main town Uragasmanhandiya. This is approximately 8 KM to the main road junction.

From the main road junction (close to the property) there is a distance of 2 KM to reach the location. The travelling time from Colombo to the location is

The land is located in Southern Province, Galle District with of an extent 50 Acres and additional 12 Acres separated by Southern Expressway.

50 Acres – From the main road a 16 Foot access road leads to the property. (There is another road wider than 16 Feet which needs to be repaired with the assistance of the villagers.) This lot is bordering the Bentota River, and a joining the canal which was original constructed for the purpose of transporting rubber. Yagirala Rain Forest is significant part of the Sinharaja Forest Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Sri Lanka.
