In addition to rent LECO electricity is charged. Water and gas are free. Dialog TV Pearl pkg is free.
Rent per month rs 160,000 and additional charge for electricity LECO.
Day rate all inclusive (electricity LECO, water and gas) Rs 10,000/=.
Advance deposit breakages and damages is between rs 100,000 for short stay and rs 200,000 or more for long term (both Refundable).
Electrical appliances are fridge, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, electric rice cooker, blender. Complimentary items are given. Soaps, and coffee tea sugar and milk.
Banks, supermarkets, shops, eating places, and doctors are within 5 minutes away. Walking Paths are also 10 minutes away. I am running my holiday home from 2015. I also have 3 other Studios- Summer, Rosa and Cabin Room at the same location.
