These two ground floor annexes are rented separately or together, based on the interest we receive from prospective tenants.

The rent per annex is Rs 70,000 per month (both annexes Rs 140,000), negotiable depending on the intended use of the property and the number of occupants. A refundable deposit equivalent to six months’ rent is required.
